1. Booking Process
1.1 How to Book:

Clients must complete the Pre-Styling Consultation and fill out their profile, including sizing information, before booking. The survey can be found at the bottom of the "Services and Booking" section on our website.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your service.
1.2 Payment:

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

The full service fee must be paid at the time of booking.
1.3 Booking Confirmation:

Once your survey is received and payment is confirmed, we will begin styling your requested outfits.
2. Turnaround Time
2.1 Delivery Timeline:

After receiving your completed survey, styled outfits will be delivered within no later than 7 day after the time of booking via email.

This includes curated shopping links and styling recommendations tailored to your preferences.
2.2 Rush Orders:

If you require a faster turnaround, a rush fee of 50% of the service fee will apply.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellation
3.1 Rescheduling Requests:

Rescheduling may take place within 72 hours after the Pre-Styling Consultation is completed with no penalty.

Requests made after this 72-hour window will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the service fee will be retained.
3.2 Cancellations:

If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours after payment, 50% of the service fee is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after the initial 72-hour window are not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds for Cancellations:

50% of the service fee is non-refundable, as it covers the preparation work completed before delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with third-party factors, such as shipping delays from retailers.
5. Preparation for Your Service
5.1 Pre-Styling Consultation Survey:

Completing the Pre-Styling Consultation is required at the time of booking. This helps us understand your style preferences, event goals, and sizing information.
5.2 Client Profile:

Clients must create an account on our website and add their sizing information to their profile before booking. This ensures accurate recommendations and a seamless experience for future services.
6. Shipping Disclaimer
6.1 Responsibility for Shipping:

Bryelle Styling Co. is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays from retailers.

Refunds will not be provided for late arrival of items due to factors outside of our control.
